Volunteer: Maury County Office Assistant

 

Volunteer Office Assistants are responsible for performing clerical tasks within the Catholic Charities multi-use office to support the Family Resource Center (FRC) daily operations. We expect our volunteer receptionists to cover a half to full day of work (4-8 hours, with a lunch break for a full day) preferably once per week or more.

Duties can include:

Greeting and directing clients who enter into the building to appropriate office/individual Answering the phone  Screening applicants for eligibility for services Making appointments for the FRC Program Coordinator Responding to client inquiries in a polite and timely manner Help keep the food pantry stocked  Assist with keeping the office clean and welcoming  Background Check Required (Download Instructions)
