We are not just teaching about banking, we are also preparing students with job readiness skills, including creating resumes and interviewing strategies. Our goal: To equip candidates with the interviewing skills and confidence necessary for a successful interview. Our objective: With your participation, our students can practice and get feedback to improve their interview skills. These skills include answering the questions, specifically, clearly, concisely and with the correct tone of voice and energy. Tools to use for the interview: Mock Interview Guide Interview Evaluation FormVolunteer - Required to do: Conduct mock phone interviews with 3-4 students. Mock interviews should be a minimum of 15 minutes. Mock interview should cover at least 5 questions.
