Volunteer: Catholic Charities Office AssistantVolunteer Office Assistants are responsible for performing clerical tasks within the Catholic Charities multi-use office to support daily operations. We expect our volunteer receptionists to cover a half to full day of work (4-8 hours, with a lunch break for a full day) preferably once per week or more between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Duties can include: Greeting and directing clients who enter into the building to appropriate office/individual Answering the phone Screening applicants for eligibility for servicesResponding to client inquiries in a polite and timely manner Assist with keeping the office clean and welcoming Background Check Required (Download Instructions)Catholic Charities encourages everyone to join us in serving our community regardless of their religion, race, color, sexual orientation, gender, national origin, age, disability, or marital status.
