As the New Americans Program prepares to close, we are working to clean out all offices, including our file room. We have over 300 client files that need to be scanned and uploaded into our database to ensure proper recordkeeping.
To make this possible, we are seeking volunteers to help prepare the files for scanning. Tasks include:
- Removing staples, paper clips, and binder clips
- Organizing documents into manila folders
- Labeling completed files for scanning
