Volunteer receptionists are responsible for performing clerical tasks, to support the daily functioning of McGruder. We expect our volunteer receptionists to cover a half to full day of work (4-8 hours, with a lunch break for a full day) preferably once per week or more.

Duties include:

Responding to client inquiries in a polite and timely manner

• Greeting and directing clients who enter the building to the appropriate office/individual
• Answering the phone and returning calls to clients
• Tracking client services
• Data Entry
• Ensuring applicants are filling out applications completely and accurately. 
• Dispensing and collecting follow up surveys to clients
